  1. Provide an overview of Relational Leadership and why it is important. 
  2. Explore the research efforts with Human-Centered Leadership and Authentic Nurse Leadership. 
  3. Expand upon Relational Leadership’s future.
Who Should Attend

This activity was developed to meet the needs of those Nurse Leaders in practice, and those Nurse Faculty members who teach advanced Leadership courses. This webinar is also appropriate for leaders of diverse health care professions.
