DESCRIPTION The Association for Leadership Science in Nursing (ALSN) Board of Directors (BOD) identified the need to develop guidelines/criteria to guide the development, implementation, evaluation and review or accreditation of Nursing Leadership Graduate Specialty programs in the United States. It is also expected that these guidelines/criteria may be used to guide the development of new Nursing Leadership Graduate Specialty programs and to conduct self-evaluation of new and existing programs. EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES Explore guidelines/criteria for the development, implementation and evaluation of Nursing Leadership Specialty programs.
