Understanding nursing leadership and its effects on the patient, staff, and organizational outcomes has never been more critical given the challenges of the last few years. As part of the inaugural Research Foundation campaign for the Association for Leadership Science in Nursing (ALSN), our initial goal was to raise $5,000 to support the research efforts of our members. But with your generosity, ALSN members contributed $10,000 to support future nursing leadership research. As we enter 2022, the need for nursing leadership research continues to be a top-priority for health system as well as academic and practice partnerships. Our 2022 goal is to raise $15,000 to support the research efforts of our members. As with our 2021 campaign, the funding will support the Research Priorities of ALSN*:
*Chipps, E.M., Joseph, M.L., Alexander, C., Lyman, B., McGinty, L., Nelson-Brantley, H., Parchment, J., Rivera, R.R., Schultz, M.A., Ward, D.M, & Weaver, S. (2021). Setting the research agenda for nursing administration and leadership science: A delphi study. Journal of Nursing Administration, 51(9), 430 - 438. Please consider supporting the research efforts of our members by donating to the ALSN RESEARCH FOUNDATION. As with last year’s grant, 100% of the funds raised will be used to support the research efforts of our members. | Donation goal3%
