Inside the Headset: VR for Leadership Development

1. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the different types of extended reality (XR, VR, AR, MR), including its key features, applications, and potential impact on leadership training and development. 
2. Participants will learn how virtual reality can be used to enhance leadership skills such as decision-making, strategic thinking, and team-building through immersive experiences.

Stephanie Justice, DNP, RN, CHSE; The Ohio State University College of Nursing; Columbus, Ohio

Dr. Stephanie Justice is an Assistant Clinical Professor at The Ohio State University College of Nursing (OSUCON). She helped to plan and is the faculty lead in the XR lab, teaches courses across the curriculum, and is part of the Center for Healthcare Innovation at the university. She is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) and virtual reality educator. Dr. Justice participated in the National League for Nursing (NLN) Sim Leaders program in 2022. She is faculty on the Reimagining Nursing Grant: Disrupting Nursing Education Using Extended Reality (XR), Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning sponsored by the American Nurses Foundation.
