DESCRIPTION As the largest, and most trusted segment of healthcare professionals, nurses are positioned to address racial inequities and racism, and to be the change we want to see throughout the country. Leaders at ONL and NERBNA came together to create the Nurse’s Pledge to Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity. This webinar will describe the pledge and how it was created, the reaction to the pledge, and ongoing work. EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES Describe how to create a coalition that produces action and change. Apply the concepts of the Nurse’s Pledge in their practice.
