Description
Artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics (PA) are emerging concepts for leadership science and discourse in nursing. Specifically, nurses’ perceptions, understanding, and use of AI and PA, as well as anticipated value to nurses in complex practice settings and populations, are relevant and compelling issues for nursing practice, competence, quality, and knowledge. This presentation will highlight the conceptualization of a bold and empathic infrastructure—designed by executive nursing leadership and nursing professional governance—toward advancing technology and innovation to optimize the work of nursing and improve health equity at one large academic health system.
