ALSN invites you to participate in the ALSN webinar series which will focus on topics that matter to you.

What nurses expect from their leaders is changing. Today’s nurses want their leaders to be coaches who will help them to learn and grow as professionals. When nurses don’t receive the coaching and feedback they desire, they will leave the workplace and look for new opportunities. High nursing turnover can be a significant problem resulting in high costs and lost productivity for many healthcare organizations. This webinar will help participants understand the current problem and what they can do to support new nurses and overcome these problems.

This webinar will be lead by Rose Sherman, EdD, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN and conducted via Zoom.
